Sohan Qom Where Can I Get A Recipe For Sohan-e Qom?

Where can I get a recipe for Sohan-e Qom? - sohan qom

Hello everybody, I've tried to get a prescription for Sohan-e Qom for some time. Now there's a clip from an Iranian cooking show on YouTube, which comes with a recipe. But even if I had a rudder rather fragile, I lost the kind of dough like texture, which makes the leap to the edges and the surface while it hardens. Since then I've tried to add more flour to reduce both increase the cooking time for sweets, but it seems more fragile than a solid cake gum tree. Every idea, pleeeeease?
