I want to make a cheesecake for the feast of spring, but can not find good recipes that are easy enough that I can do. i dont have very little experience in the kitchen. Thank you!

Here is a recipe, and to overcome some good ideas to try out. Rather simple, but gives you the opportunity to try something new.
Another nice thing about this recipe is that there is a basic recipe for cheesecake, so if you have a complement, not without being able to here the rest of the recipe can be used. So give this a try:
1 cup Graham cracker crumbs
2 1 / 2 tablespoons butter
1 1 / 2 tablespoons sugar
2 1 / 2 pounds cream cheese, soft
1 1 / 2 cups sugar
1 lemon peel
1 orange, peel
1 / 2 c. Tea-Vanilla extract
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
5 eggs
2 egg yolks
1 / 2 cup cream
Strawberry sauce, optional, recipe below
Cranberry sauce, optional, recipe below
Pineapple sauce, optional, recipe below
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Butter bottom of 9 cm. In a bowl, combine cookie crumbs, butter and sugar and mix well. Click on the bottom of the baking pan until they are golden brown and down8 minutes. Cool. Once completely cooled, butter the sides of the pan.
Increase oven temperature to 500 degrees F.
In a large bowl with electric mixer cream cheese, sugar and vanilla combine shell and beat until smooth and creamy. Stir in flour, then eggs and egg yolks 1 at a time, mixing after each addition. Add sour cream and mix until smooth. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 12 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 200 degrees F and bake for 1 hour. Transfer one cake cooling rack and cool completely. The cake in the refrigerator overnight before serving.
To serve, drizzle with sauce of your choice. Cut with a knife dipped in hot water and serve with a dry, clean cloth, and.
Strawberry Sauce:
2 liters of fresh strawberries
Sugar 1 / 2 cup
1 cup water
1 teaspoon lemon zest
2 tablespoons kirsch or brandy
Combine beans, sugar, water and zest for life and cook until soft and liquid is thick, soft, about 10 minutes. Add Kirscho brandy and cook for 1 minutes.
Remove from heat and let cool. Spoon on the cheesecake and serve.
Cranberry sauce:
1 1 / 2 cups sugar
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1 1 / 2 cups water
1 / 2 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons Grand Marnier
Zest of 1 1 / 2 tsp orange tea
1 1 / 2 cup blueberries, picked over and rinsed
1 1 / 2 tablespoons butter
In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar, cornstarch, water, orange juice and orange peel. Cook, stirring, until thickened, about 5 minutes. Stir in cranberry mixture, let simmer and, stirring occasionally, until berries burst, about 5 minutes. Add butter and stir until it melts. Remove from heat and let cool before pouring over cheesecake.
Yield: 3 cups
Pineapple Salsa:
3 cups fresh pineapple chunks 1/2-inch cubes
1 / 4 cup sugar, and more convenient
1 cup water
1 teaspoon orange peel, finely grated
2 tablespoonswhite rum
Combine pineapple, sugar, water and enthusiasm, pineapple and cook until soft and liquid is thick, about 15 minutes. Add the rum and 1 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool. Spoon on the cheesecake and serve.
Yield: about 3 cups

4 pkg. Cream cheese (leave for some time to soft)

13x9-inch line with foil extending over sides of the pot. Take 15 pieces, and cut cookies. The remaining cookies in a Ziploc bag and crush with a rolling pin. Melt butter and mix with crushed cookies, press the bottom of the pan crust (with the back of a large spoon to press firmly.). Place crust in the refrigerator in preparing filling. Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in large bowl with electric mixer to mix at medium speed until well. Gently stir in chopped cookies and whipped cream layer. Pour over crust. Refrigerator 4 hours or until firm. I know that sounds not much to do, but so hard to get! Good luck:)!
