Where can I download a Colorado State ID or drivers license template? - colorado id template
I need to download a template for identifying the state of Colorado, or license the driving. I plan to make a joke about Elvis ID for a Halloween costume, and several other new ID's for friends. The ID must be true! =)

I hope that you are unable to do so. "Joke" models can be used illegally. In order to lead another "Elvis" license could be sent to prison.
Sounds illegal to me, even if only a "joke".
